A holistic view about design and the interaction between (a) Brand, (b) Product and (c) Service can have a profound impact on the user experience which creates not only value for the (d) customer but also for the business itself. The service sector is now the dominant part of many western economies – and seems to be growing in importance. As a designer I have a user centric sight on design and business to solve social, corporate and environmental challenges of the near future.
